In June of 2000 we purchased an Accurpress 100 ton x 6 foot Press Brake with a CNC Control from your company. The Press Brake performed beautifully until the CNC Control developed a "fading" problem. This problem was quickly corrected within the warranty period. Thirteen months after the glitch in the control was corrected, the same problem appeared again.
Even though the Press Brake was past the warranty period, you went out of your way to provide us with a loaner control. You also had the faulty control returned to the factory and repaired at no cost to us.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your attention in dealing with this matter. These days this type of customer service and dedication is rare. I was very impressed with your commitment to customer satisfaction and how you stood behind your product even though our Press Brake was out of warranty.
