Midwest Sandright Company Information

Midwest Sandright was founded in New Berlin, Wisconsin in 1972 as Randbright Corporation, a manufacturer of cyclindrical deburring and polishing machines.
In 1981, Randbright was purchased by MRM, Inc., and again in 1998 by Exelon Corp.

In 1996, Randbright expanded its product line to include flat panel, deburring and finishing machines and wet dust collection systems though the acquisition of Burlington Sander Company and Grivna Machinery. In 1999, Randbright started the wood division, to include wide belt sanding machines.

The company was  formed in 2002 to acquire the assets of Randbright Corporation, and subsequently relocated to Minneapolis, Minnesota.
