Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we are with our new Accurshear 1/4 x 12' Shear. The entire experience from initial contact, delivery & set up, training & an unexpected service call, has been professional, prompt and exactly as stated by Fox Machinery, Inc.
So often we only hear negative feed back when things go wrong. I wanted you to get the positive end of it when things go right. And even when we had a small problem with a circuit board you were extremely prompt and there with your sleeves rolled up to solve our problem & keep us running.
