Dear Joe,
I wanted to thank you and John Harrison for working so close with PTR over the last two years on our shearing, bending, punching, and coping operations. Your continued support and service has been nothing less the excellent. You and your team should be very proud of the professional manner in which you work with your customers and the knowledge that your team has not only in the equipment you sell but also in the metal working industry in general. This has been a great help in our goal of running a lean manufacturing operation.
Not having a brake in the past we not only needed your help with the purchase selection but also needed your expertise to train our inexperienced operators as well as our supervisors. In a short time with your help we were able to do all of the bending in our shop and started to take advantage of the returns on the investment.
Two years after the purchase Fox Machinery is still helping us with training new employees and working close with PTR on solutions.
We are looking forward to working with John Harrison on our lean manufacturing program. John will add another dimension to our team with his experience in lean process as well as his back ground in the metal working.
