| Fox Machinery has service
technicians throughout our entire territory. That means if you have a
problem, we can get to you to fix it. All of our service technicians
are factory trained to provide you with the same level of service you
would expect to receive from the manufacturers themselves, and we have a
direct relationship with our factory service departments to aid in any
troubleshooting needs. |

Fox Machinery offers a
preventative maintenance package that guarantees service calls
throughout the year at scheduled intervals. By maintaining your
machine, we can reduce breakdown occurrences and catch potential
problems before they begin. If you do have a breakdown, Fox stocks a
spare parts inventory to minimize your downtime. |
|
Our goal is to get you back into
production as quickly as possible with a solution that goes to the
root of the main problem, not a “quick fix” that may not have long
term benefits. |
|
If you have a problem
that you can fix yourself with the right guidance, Fox service
technicians are available by phone for immediate assistance. Simply
call the office anytime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through
Friday to speak to a service representative. |

Fox Machinery has several
machines under operation in our showroom throughout the year.
Call your sales representative at any time to set up a
demonstration of any machine that interests you. |

We encourage attending a
demonstration prior to purchasing your machine to ensure that you
trust your needs will be met. We also extend an invitation to
bring your own material to a demonstration to verify that the
machine of your choice is right for your application.

| Should
you be interested in a machine not currently on our stock list, we
will make arrangements for you to visit a customer who does have
that machine for a demonstration. We can also organize a
factory visit if your schedule allows. |

Throughout the year, Fox
Machinery offers seminars dealing with various aspects of the
machine tool industry. |
 |
We believe that educating our customers will provide for
longer machine life, lower costs, and higher profits. Once a year, we
invite you to join us for an Open House, where you will be able to see
any of our machines under power, attend informative seminars, and “talk shop” with your peers
in the industry. See our Events page for specific information.

At Fox Machinery, we believe
that an educated owner and operator will reap the most benefit from a
new machine. We will train you how to use your machine, and how to best
perform your specific application. We will continue the training
