I wanted to voice my satisfaction with the service response on the Accurpress.
We have had our 320 ton 12 foot Accurpress and 3/8" x 12 foot Accurshear for a few years. We chose Accurpress after evaluating the available equipment on the market. We liked the simplicity of the controller, the technology it offered and the quality of the machines.
We did have a problem with the controller. It went down during a production run. We couldn't afford to be delayed on the project. John was in promptly to trouble shoot and fix the problem. He got us up and running quickly.
We appreciate the prompt service response, and would offer this letter as a recommendation to other fabricators considering equipment.
