The PPEB press brake is a high-precision, technology-rich machine that is highly configurable to address virtually any bending requirement. Offered in a range of models from 90 to 700 tons, 2-, 5-, or 6-axis backgauge, turbo hydraulics, with numerous configuration choices.

- Configuration flexibility, including increased distance table-ram, wider table, hydraulic clamping, and more.
- Flexible backgauge system is offered in a 2-axis backgauge (X, R) with manual Z-axis on PPEB-5; 5-axis back gauge (X, R, Z1, Z2, X’) on PPEB-8; 6-axis modular backgauge optional on PPEB-8.
- Automatic crowning assures accurate, repeatable bending. The LVD wedge system is custom-made for each machine and provides crowning across the full length of the bed. Standard on PPEB-5 and PPEB-8.
- A one-piece welded frame provides precision bending results. For PPEB models up to 400 ton/4m the frame can be installed at floor level.
- Servo-hydraulic system reliably ensures a correct bend angle.
- Hydraulic components are machined from a solid steel billet. Hardened steel pistons are precisely finished and micro-polished for a lifetime of trouble-free service.
- High-precision linear encoders provide high positioning accuracy and repeatability.
- LVD Touch-B control is simple to operate with a graphical, icon-driven user interface.
