LVD Robotic Bending Systems (RBS) offer a framework to design a robotic bending cell perfectly matched to meet the user’s application requirements and production needs. Three bending system platforms provide the foundation and flexibility to configure a bending cell.
Features
Automation platforms:
RBS offers:
- Three automation platforms to build from
- Choice of press brake size and capacity, input source, output method, robot grippers
- Core features for fast, automatic programming, intuitive control, quality assurance
- Flexibly configurable for production needs
RBS 4
Ideal for:
- Part size up to 23.6” x 15.7”, weight up to 8 pounds
- Profile length: max. 23.6”
- Press brakes: Dyna-Press Pro (EFL) or PPED
- 59” or 78.7” bending length and 40- or 50-ton pressing force
- Programming is handled offline – no robot teaching is required
RBS 40
Best suited for:
- Part size up to 62.9” x 47.2”, weight up to 88 pounds
- Profile length: max. 78.7”
- Press brakes: PPED, PPEB, Easy-Form, or ToolCell
- 4” or 118.1” bending length and 80, 135 or 220 ton pressing force
- Programming is handled offline – no robot teaching is required
RBS 80
A fully automated bending cell handling:
- Part size up to 120” x 49.2”, weight up to 176 pounds
- Profile length: max. 118.1”
- Press brakes: PPEB, Easy-Form, or ToolCell
- 1”, 157.4” or 165.3” bending length and 135- or 220-ton pressing force
- Programming is handled offline – no robot teaching is required
5 easy steps to a custom bending cell:
- Determine the required robot payload
- Choose the press brake
- Select the input station
- Choose the output method
- Pick the right robot grippers
