Compact Tower 3015 (CT-L)
CT-L 3015 is a cost-effective tower automation system. It automatically loads, unloads and stores raw materials, sheet skeletons and finished parts allowing continuous, 24/7 production. CT-L is configured with 4, 6, 8 or 10 pallets, handles sheet sizes of 12” x 60” in material thicknesses up to 1-inch. Available on Puma 3015.
Key features:
- Handles pallets up to 6000 pounds, a stacking height of 9.5” for loading, 7” for unloading including the pallet.
- An integrated carriage loads the raw materials and stacks finished parts on the unload pallet.
- Automatic zone selection activates suction cuts based on sheet size. Custom suction cup groups can be created for frequently used formats.
- Thickness measurement prevents processing double sheets or parts of the wrong thickness.
- User-friendly touch screen controls all automation parameters for fast, efficient operation.

CT-L 4020 automatically loads, unloads and stores raw materials, sheet skeletons and finished parts for uninterrupted operation. The tower system features 5 or 10 pallets, handles sheet sizes of 160” x 80” in material thicknesses up to ¾-inch. Offered on Puma 4020.
