CNC 600 control conbines Automec’s most popular features and capabilities. Offers similar press brake / backgauge functioning as the popular CNC 150 & CNC 300 controls, but with a completely new and improved user interface!
The PC800 is a graphical control for Automec’s family of CNC backgauges that uses digital photos and 2-D graphics to make press brake forming easier. The PC800 allows you to photograph your press brake tooling and bend sequences, and integrate them to your bending program. Multiple press brakes can share information with a simple windows network. This model is available as a one, two, or three axis control and can be connected to all Automec 24″ and 48″ backgauges.
The CNC300 control can be programmed as simply as the very popular CNC150, or it can be programmed to utilize an array of sophisticated functions. These include ram angle mode with angle correction, automatic ram referencing, backgauge reversal on pinch point, backgauge retract and delay, top of stroke reference, and a parts counter.
Our CNC 150 is an economical, simple-to-use control that incorporates all of Automec’s most popular features. The CNC150 supports up to 3 axes of control: backgauge, ram, and gauge bar height.
The CNC 9×9 system is a simple-to-use 9 bend, single axis system that was developed as a low cost solution to be used with Automec’s series of backgauges for press brakes. The CNC 9×9 is also offered as a control only upgrade kit to replace old G24 controls no longer serviced by Automec.
